HISTORY:
lucky tyler black was born in chicago to what was supposed to be a happy, yet unconventional family. his mother was a bartender in a bar where she had met lucky's dad who was playing a show. the two were 'in love' and had lucky ten months after they met. the plan was to get married, and mother and son would travel with daddy on the road. what happened was groupies got in the way. lucky's mom went back to bar-tending and essentially raised him behind the bar. lucky's life was about music from a young age, since the bar hosted many upcoming rock bands. he was always in the back with a musicians when his mother wasn't keeping tabs on him. lucky was taught most of the instruments at a young age, but honestly wasn't good at any of them. he could sort of play guitar but never got into it. vocals just came naturally, and no one could ever really deny his talent.
growing up in a bar has had several effects of lucky. he can drink more then most anyone. he can listen to music at insanely high volume. and he knows how to handle drunk women. or how to get drunk women out of clothes, that is. lucky lost his virginity at thirteen to a thirty something woman who had to many margaritas. ever since that one night in the bathroom stall, sex and music are the only two things of honest importance in lucky's life. they make up everything he does and thinks about. despite being twenty five the boy has never been in a committed relationship; well committed on both ends.
after dropping out of high school lucky finally found a band that he loved. it was perfect for him all the attention at shows was on him. he had had all the girls and drugs he could ask for. the band got actually pretty big, had two headlining tours and three very praised albums. but lucky's ego got bigger and the band got sick of him. after kicking him out and replacing him with a brother and sister screaming team, lucky basically lost it. he has money still but his reputation has kept him from getting another band. so he came to hollywood in hopes to find a few people who know how to play music, and are tolerant.
